Can This Help You Sleep?

For the past three years, I've been engaged in an ongoing experiment to find out what lulls people to sleep, quicker than anything else. 

On my Youtube channel here, it's my signature 'Seriously Smoothed Brown Noise' that's the most popular, racking up millions of views. 

But what about murmuring voices, indistinct enough to ignore... yet clear enough to give you a subconscious sense of security? These for me, work like magic - and I find I wake up 8 hours later, in the same position in which I fell asleep.
