While sitting and meditating on the pillow, we maintain a straight spine with proper pelvic positioning. The Present Mind cushion is ideal for long periods of sitting down both with legs crossed or kneeling. When the hips are above the knees, the body and mind can finally relax. The universal size, about 16x30cm, is suitable for people up to 190 cm tall.

The outer cover is made of 100% cotton of the highest quality (280gr/m2). It can be washed at a temperature of up to 60C, so that it does not develop mites for allergy sufferers.

There is an additional cover for the buckwheat husk inside.

Thanks to the zipper, it is possible to adjust the hardness and height of the cushion to suit your needs - just unzip the cover and sprinkle in a little buckwheat.

The cushion is filled with the highest quality, triple-cleaned buckwheat husk which contains tannin - a compound which inhibits the growth of bacteria and mites, and cellulose-lignin compounds to maintain a low level of humidity. Buckwheat neutralises harmful radiation of veins and watercourses as well as electrical devices.

The attached handle allows you to easily carry the pillow from place to place. Produced in the European Union, the cushion is made in accordance with the high production standards and attention to every detail.
